- Type of loss: Briefly describe the type of damage you experienced (e.g., water damage, fire, theft).
- Date of loss: Specify the date the damage occurred.
- Contact information: Provide your phone number and email address during checkout where we can reach you easily.
- Company information (if available): Provide your company name and upload logo in the designated fields.

- High-resolution pictures (in PDF): Take clear, close-up photos of the damaged areas from multiple angles. Include photos of surrounding areas for context.
